Privacy Statement within the meaning of Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, the processing carried out by Camping Seiser Alm is based on the principles of lawfulness, fair processing, transparency, purpose limitation, storage limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

PERSONAL DATA AND SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA

 

Your personal data are in particular

  • your master data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, date of birth) and language
  • the data in travel documents and identity cards
  • the data on the method of payment and in connection with payments (e.g. bank coordinates, credit card data)

Purposes for the processing of personal data and legal basis for the processing

 

The data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilment of legal obligations;
  • Handling of pre-contractual and contractual measures regarding the stay (booking, enquiry, stay, departure, etc.);
  • Storage of data to facilitate future bookings and enquiries;
  • Sending information, offers and news from Camping Seiser Alm by e-mail, post and other means of telecommunication about the hotel, the surrounding area, local events, etc;
  • Navigation data are processed for security reasons and to ensure the functioning of the website;
  • Analysis of CVs and contact with applicants.

The legal bases for processing your data are:

  • statutory or legal obligations (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. c DSGVO);
  • the fulfilment of pre-contractual and contractual measures and obligations (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. b DSGVO);

As a rule, no special categories of personal data are processed via our website.

Non-binding enquiries

 

The provision of your personal data in the relevant enquiry form on our website is necessary in order to make an enquiry and to make use of the pre-contractual and contractual services. The travel data marked with an asterisk must be provided in order to make an enquiry.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the fulfilment of pre-contractual and contractual measures.

The duration of storage is determined by the applicable legal provisions and retention obligations and your personal data for the enquiry will be retained for the period that is strictly necessary for the processing.

 

 

Navigation data

 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website collect, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but may, by its nature, allow users to be identified through processing and association with third party data. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment. These data are used exclusively to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to verify its correct functioning, detect anomalies and/or abuse and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical computer offences against the website or third parties.
